This is a state organization under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which operates in the field of sports and youth development in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Tasks

Reduce labor costs and time for the preparation and processing of documents, strengthen control over the administration of office work, simplify the data protection mechanism, increase the level of executive discipline.

Solution

To solve the above problems, the WSS Docs system was chosen, which meets all legislative, technical and functional requirements.

The result of implementing WSS Docs

in the course of priority work, incoming and outgoing correspondence, internal documents (orders, internal correspondence), and personnel workflow became available in electronic form
at the stage of business analysis, all business processes were described in detail, the corresponding flowcharts were built, the roles of process participants and their powers were determined
after customizing the WSS Docs system in accordance with business requirements, appropriate testing was carried out. At the same time, users were trained, and the functionality of the system was improved in accordance with their wishes
at the second stage, a transition was made to a full cycle of work with all types of documents, including the processes of managing contracts and collegiate bodies
