Since 1998, Qala Sığorta OJSC has been providing a wide range of insurance services and contributes to the development of Azerbaijan’s insurance sector.

Prerequisites

The management of Qala Sığorta prioritized full automation of document management and process optimization. The project introduced a system for handling incoming and outgoing documents, archiving, and generating reports for task tracking.

Solution

Qala Sığorta reviewed proposals from local and international companies, assessing cost, implementation quality, scalability, speed, and experience. The company selected Do IT’s WSS Docs solution as its partner.

The result of implementing WSS Docs

before implementation, a detailed analysis of Qala Sığorta’s insurance operations was conducted. As a result, 14 key business processes were automated. We acted not only as a software provider but also as a consultant for the client.

with the WSS Docs system, the document approval process became twice as fast. Management gained monitoring tools through convenient reports, while employees benefited from optimized creation, approval, and execution of documents under the single-window principle.

daily work became simpler, processes more transparent, and time loss was reduced. The internal document management system became more organized and efficient.

although the project is complete, improvements continue. Plans include upgrading to a new version, integration with Insure.az, and the use of e-signatures.
