About the customer

"Nakhchivanbank" Open Joint Stock Company is the first regional bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan and has been operating since September 11, 2008, according to license No. 252 dated August 4, 2008, issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Task

As part of the development and digital transformation strategy, it was necessary to speed up the approval of contracts, the processing of incoming documentation and the exchange of documents between the central office and the company's representative offices in the regions. The task was also set to build an electronic archive of bank documents. In order to increase the efficiency of work and in order to make business processes more transparent, it was decided to transfer paper documents to electronic form.

Solution

As a result of the tender, the WSS Docs platform was chosen to implement the electronic document management and e-archive system, which has the necessary set of tools for flexible process configuration.
