About the customer

"Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation" Open Joint Stock Company was established by the Decree of November 6, 2017 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. At present, the organization has 19 affiliates representing different fields of the economy.

Task

"Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation" OJSC pays great attention to the application of innovative solutions in the field of business processes automation. The basis for the application of electronic document management system within the organization was the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On measures for the electronization of internal management processes in state bodies (institutions)".

Solution

The organization announced a tender for the purchase and application of corresponding solution. Several companies took part in this tender, the winner was "Do IT" company, which presented the most acceptable and profitable offer. When choosing the system, the following points were taken into consideration: the experience of the executor in implementing similar projects in state bodies, as well functional features of the system, performance and scalability indicators.

Result

The transition to WSS Docs EDMS resulted in the rejection of paper registration logs use, preservation of paper copies of different documents, in accelerating and increasing the transparency of the processes of documents agreement and execution of the instructions on them.

"The company's affiliates are also connected to WSS Docs electronic document management system. Thanks to the integration created in the system between the processes of these enterprises, the conditions were created for accelerated and convenient tasks implementation."
